Pick of the Week – Volume 18

Joden Girl

Baubles and Bling with Unbelievable Pricing

The fifties…  probably the decade that I can most easily identify with.  The family unit was the most essential part of daily life.  Although the ideals seem antiquated now, I would have loved to have been a full-time mother and homemaker while my husband was the breadwinner.  In my mind, it seems like a perfect little life.

The perfect life requires the perfect accessory…  we have it at Joden.  It’s our Pick of the Week.  Made in the 1950’s this 18 karat white gold ring exemplifies simple beauty.  Made in a bypass style, this tiny gem features a matched pair of natural pearls and a pair of Old Mine Cut diamonds.  These two stones have a combined weight of approximately .20 carat.

Bearing French hallmarks on the outside of the shank, this Mid Century Modern ring was originally priced on our site at $1300.00.  As you know, the Pick of the Week is always about offering stellar jewels at a discounted rate.  Our new unbelievable price on this ring is just $925.00!  With petite styling and modern flair, this ring looks great on the hand and even better on the budget!

I Want Candy

Joden Girl

Baubles, Bling, and a Super Sweet Ring

If ever there were a perfect mother’s ring for me – this is it!  My boys were born in April and May, making their birthstones diamond and emerald, respectively.  I have never wanted a family ring (at least not in the old-fashioned sense) and I am not usually a fan of emeralds.  BUT seriously!  This is a showstopping, eye-popping beauty.  It practically jumps off the finger.

The classic two-stone twin bypass design is done to perfection with a pair of marquise brilliant cut stones.  First, we have a gem fine bright green emerald (probably Columbian).  This is a natural stone – no lab-grown emeralds for us!   This color can only be described as emerald green – and the clarity!  Not a spot to be seen!  This quality is rare, and quite hard to find.  Not to be outdone, check out that diamond.  It weighs in at 1.09 carats.  The high white tone is the ideal complement to the glowing green of the emerald.  What a combination!  Ten baguette cut diamonds arch up each side of the band, creating an elegant swirl of sparkle.

Made entirely of platinum, this bauble brings the bling.  It’s from our estate collection – pre-owned, but not antique.  Most likely made in the late 1960’s or early 1970’s, this is one cocktail ring you don’t want to miss.  Fancy shaped diamonds are making quite a splash this year, but there’s no doubt the marquise is reigning supreme.  Add this one to your wardrobe today…  it’s priced to sell at $17,500.  Call me for additional details.  Dial 800.747.7552 and ask for Joden Girl.  ♥

The Little Blue Box

Joden Girl

Baubles, Bling, and Estate Rings

The “Tiffany & Co.” name has been synonymous with premium quality jewelry for more than 180 years; 182 years to be exact.  That’s decades longer than other iconic brands like Cartier, Boucheron, and Van Cleef.  There is no question that receiving the exclusive blue box elicits happiness, even before the box is open.  Untying the white satin bow and cracking the lid open is a joyful moment that you just have to experience.  Whether you’re a lover of pristine new gems or perhaps you crave those vintage estate pieces, Tiffany & Co. is worth every penny.

This legendary brand has an uncanny ability to find new markets for their unique yet classic style.  Maintaining the elegant feel of each Tiffany jewel has been essential in appealing to audiences of all ages.  Like this stellar bypass ring, for example.  Crafted from a bright 18 karat yellow gold with a cool platinum channel, further enhanced with high white diamonds and electric blue sapphires, the superior quality of this ring will not be denied.  In addition to the intrinsic value of the rocks and metal that make this ring is the value added by it’s enduring style and long lasting wear-ability.

The market for fine, high-end jewelry remains strong.  Signed pieces from top designers continue to appreciate.  The level of craftsmanship and the exceptional materials used have produced stand-out jewelry that is far more desirable than any “run of the mill” item sold at the mall.

The sapphire and diamond bauble shown here is available at Joden for just $2800.00.  This ring is as durable as it is beautiful.  Wear it every single day; whether it be on your ring finger, or if you change it up by sporting it on an index or middle finger.  Just wear it.  As always…
