Your purchase is totally risk-free, and your Satisfaction is guaranteed. We accept returns on items for any reason within 5 days of receipt. All returns require an authorization number. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Shipping:

Purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. All shipments are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day, free of charge. A signature will be required for delivery. Purchases shipping outside the U.S. and Canada will require a bank wire transfer for payment. It should be noted that international purchases may take longer to ship.

Customer Service:

We are available to answer any questions you may have Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our staff is ready to provide you with information about our pieces, our business, and our policies. We have two graduate gemologists on staff, and we have been in business for 50 years. We will respond to your voicemail or email within 24 hours.

Payment:

We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept wire transfers. Payment must be received before a purchase shipment can be made.

Layaway:

We offer our customers layaway on items. For layaway, we require 20% down, and the item must be paid in full within 6 months. We can also place items in a sale pending status for 24 hours upon request.

Sales Tax:

6% Sales tax will be charged on items bought in the state of Pennsylvania.

Privacy:

We consider your privacy to be a top priority. We will not share or sell your information with any other company. Any information you share with us will be used exclusively to facilitate your purchase. We consider your transactions and information to be confidential.

Security:

Our site is secured to the highest level of industry-standard encryption. We have taken all necessary precautions to protect the security of your purchases and your information. To further ensure your security, we ask that you limit credit card information to the checkout.
