Heart Shaped Ruby and Diamond Enhancer with Chain

A deep red heart-shaped ruby is bezel set in the center of this 18-karat white gold necklace. Weighing exactly 1.00 carat, this crimson gem is surrounded by 28 round brilliant diamonds. These diamonds form a double row around the center stone and have a combined weight of 1.00 carat. The enhancer style bail is hinged, allowing it to be worn on a variety of different necklaces and chains including a strand of pearls. We have paired it with an 18-karat white gold woven chain that measures 18 inches in length.
