Joden Girl
Baubles, Bling, and A Collector’s Thing
When I feel uninspired and the words aren’t flowing, I do a little Google-ing. I type in a short description of a particular piece and see what comes up. This is the 824th blog I have written. Often, a blog will feature more than one piece. So… I’m certain that the total number of jewels is well over a thousand. Having featured SO many unique items, occasionally, I fall victim to writer’s block. Today was one of those days.
Then, I typed these words into the search bar “turquoise and pearl jewelry symbolism”. The AI generated information made me giggle at first. Then, as I thought about it more, I realized that it’s actually fairly accurate and could even describe me. The combination of the two gemstones was dubbed “coastal cowgirl style”. Not being a fashion-forward girl, this was my first time hearing of this trend. Here’s a brief excerpt from the definition:
“Coastal cowgirl style blends the laid-back beachy vibes of coastal fashion with the rugged, western-inspired elements of cowgirl wear. It’s all about incorporating flowy silhouettes, worn-in denim, and cowboy boots into your wardrobe. Think of it as a mix of beach and the wild west, with a focus on breezy, cool-girl aesthetics.”
These Victorian-inspired earrings would complement anything and everything a coastal cowgirl wears. Made from 14-karat yellow gold, the top half of the earring features a crescent moon in an east-west orientation. Each tiny moon is set with seven creamy seed pearls. Dangling from the center of the moon is an elegant drop that is capped with a small round turquoise orb.
The centers sway with every move. Measuring just shy of an inch from top to bottom, these earrings are perfect for a comfortable, casual look. Perhaps you’re a fan of the coastal cowgirl vibe, or maybe you love the celestial feel of those moons… these beauties are available for just $875.00.
